Responsibilities

• Work across marketing, product, and engineering to build end-to-end solutions for the customer journey
• Help more people self-serve when getting their first policy
• Implement and follow up on robust analytics to understand customer pain points

• Experience diving into complex codebases
• Product-minded approach to engineering and user experience
• Pragmatic mindset prioritizing impact, delivery, and thoughtful trade-offs
• Ability to learn new languages and frameworks quickly
