Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own business automation end-to-end by partnering with operations, sales, and customer support teams
• Design and ship AI-driven systems and agentic workflows that replace manual labor
• Define and measure impact metrics such as hours recovered and error rates reduced
• Prototype and deploy solutions rapidly to solve identified workflow bottlenecks

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Full-stack capability including backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces
• 1–2+ years of experience working with LLMs and AI agents in production environments
• Experience building multi-agent or agentic workflows (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Daily hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot
• Ability to work directly with non-technical stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Salesforce platform development (Apex, Lightning, APIs)
• Experience building custom AI orchestration layers
• Background in CI/CD pipeline design and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Prior experience in ops automation or internal tooling at a fast-growing company
