Responsibilities

• Take extreme ownership of features and outcomes across the stack
• Navigate complex systems and solve high-stakes technical puzzles
• Build features for the Express POS across backend services and microfrontends
• Leverage AI tools to increase development speed and quality
• Provide technical leadership and address technical debt

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience building software for high-traffic production environments
• High proficiency in Golang
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Strong command of English (minimum B2)
• Experience integrating AI into development workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Full-stack flexibility including experience with PHP
• Comfort with cloud and infrastructure tools like AWS, Terraform, or Kubernetes
• Experience mentoring other engineers through code reviews
• Strong problem-solving skills for ambiguous challenges
