Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test complex, high-visibility technical projects
• Contribute to full-stack development, CI/CD workflows, and data ingestion pipelines
• Own features or systems and define their long-term health
• Assist support and operations teams in triaging and resolving production issues
• Write maintainable, testable, and high-performance code
• Participate in company discussions and share new ideas or technical solutions

Requirements

• More than three years of experience in a software development position
• Experience managing direct reports OR strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills
• Proven ability to resolve interpersonal conflict and high emotional intelligence
• History of delivering high-quality results
• Legal right to work in the United States or Canada

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience defining large engineering projects and technical options
• Experience reviewing and implementing security and compliance processes
• Interest in people management and career growth coaching
