Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop features to meet customer requirements and business goals
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical direction and strategy
• Manage all project aspects including design, coding, reviews, testing, and observability
• Build highly reliable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance software
• Ensure operational readiness with a focus on reliability, availability, and performance
• Design and build Kubernetes-based OCI compliant container compute platform features

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience building large-scale systems or infrastructure platforms
• Strong fundamental computer science skills and experience with distributed systems
• Hands-on coding experience in Java, C++, or Go
• Ability to work on-site in the Bellevue office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building products or services with Kubernetes
• Experience designing products with multi-cloud support (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience implementing multi-tenant systems with a focus on performance, isolation, and security
