Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product scopes across APM and AI observability product lines
• Build and optimize streaming data pipelines and LLM-as-judge evaluation pipelines
• Design backend services and APIs for microservice topology and agentic workflow monitoring

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Experience with complex data pipelines or data warehouses at production scale

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with APM or AI observability products (OpenTelemetry is a plus)
• Hands-on experience building or operating agentic applications in production
• Experience with streaming systems, distributed tracing, or graph-based data pipelines
