Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build continuous deployment and rollout infrastructure for large-scale, multi-cloud production environments
• Build platform capabilities for progressive delivery, including staged rollouts, canarying, and automated health checks
• Improve engineering velocity by replacing manual workflows with durable platform abstractions and automation
• Build internal platforms for Kubernetes-based application rollouts and release orchestration
• Implement GitOps-inspired workflows, infrastructure as code, and policy-driven automation
• Develop systems to evaluate rollout health using metrics, logs, and alerts to trigger automated rollbacks
• Create self-service developer tooling to enable safe deployment patterns across the organization
• Design AI-assisted and agentic-driven autonomous release workflows

Requirements

• Experience building or operating continuous deployment or release engineering platforms at scale
• Proficiency with Kubernetes-based systems and distributed production environments
• Strong software engineering skills in Golang, Java, or C++
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages
• Experience with distributed systems, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience using observability platforms like Prometheus, Datadog, or Grafana
• Expertise in cloud environments and infrastructure as code
