Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end across the full stack, from API design and backend logic through to the front-end experience
• Build and evolve the AI SRE product to help engineering teams resolve production issues through AI-powered signal correlation
• Develop the AI SRE Slack integration for real-time user interaction with AI agents
• Build developer-facing CLI tooling, APIs, and evaluation pipelines to ensure model and system quality
• Expand Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations to extend agentic AI capabilities
• Design and consume RESTful APIs within a fast-moving, interconnected codebase
• Collaborate with product and design to ensure high-quality user experiences

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Demonstrated experience building full-stack web applications
• Experience with server-side Node.js frameworks (Express.js, Hono, etc.)
• Experience building or working with agentic AI systems and tool-use patterns (Vercel AI SDK, Anthropic Agent SDK, LangGraph, etc.)
• Experience implementing MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers over HTTP
• Experience building agent-first CLI systems using Node.js or Bun
• Product-oriented mindset with a focus on user experience
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, and evaluation pipelines in production
• Experience with Bun as a runtime
• Prior work on developer tooling, internal platforms, or productivity infrastructure
• Contributions to open-source AI, tooling, or observability projects
• Familiarity with the observability ecosystem (logs, metrics, traces, APM)
