Senior Software Engineer, Simulation ML Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Advance the state of the art of ultra realistic multi-agent simulations using foundation models
• Collaborate with core Realism Modeling teams to use large foundation models to improve sim realism
• Drive architectural decisions at the intersection of data engineering, model development, and simulations
• Design and scale large distributed systems covering the ML lifecycle, including dataset generation, model training, and evaluation
• Translate product and business goals into measurable technical deliverables

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years in machine learning infrastructure (designing, scaling, training, and optimizing large-scale ML systems)
• Experience with ML infrastructure tools like DeepSpeed, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Ray
• Strong understanding of state-of-the-art ML models such as autoregressive transformers
• Experience scaling large models across ML accelerator profiling tools
• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive ambiguous problems end-to-end
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical familiarity in Autonomous Driving, Simulations, and ML accelerators
