Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and build scalable platform components using Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, and React
• Build and maintain distributed systems, real-time pipelines, and core microservices
• Lead code and architecture reviews to uphold high standards for reliability and performance
• Drive adoption of modern infrastructure practices including CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, and GitHub Actions
• Identify opportunities to reduce toil and improve developer workflows
• Provide production support and mentor engineers

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on backend or platform services
• Expertise in Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Experience designing and scaling distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with AWS and production-grade deployments
• Proficiency with CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring tools (Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, New Relic)
• Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and systems design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity or threat intelligence
• Familiarity with front-end development and full-stack practices
• Experience building internal platforms, developer tools, or SDKs
• Background working with high-scale systems and large datasets
