Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Champion a customer-focused culture and high-performance environment
• Provide guidance and recommendations on software design
• Collaborate with SMEs on Business Banking and Cash Management trends
• Build software solutions while reducing technical debt
• Set up development environments and manage version control
• Triaging and problem-solving production incidents
• Create and implement technical roadmaps
• Coach and mentor junior engineers

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years in a senior or lead developer capacity
• Expert-level experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and RESTful services
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and microservices
• Experience with React JS, Next JS, TypeScript, and Node JS
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure or GCP)
• Proficiency with Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with Kafka, Pub/Sub, or similar streaming technologies
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to payments, cash management, or financial services systems
