Senior Software Engineer, Robotic Solutions Development

Responsibilities

• Develop production-ready software for scalable robot applications based on the Intrinsic Platform
• Synchronize with product management and platform development to make architectural decisions ensuring long-term stability
• Implement high-quality software using state-of-the-art tooling
• Perform hands-on testing on real hardware and support customers as needed
• Ensure smooth feature transitions to the Customer Success Team

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent practical background in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field
• Professional work experience with Python
• Demonstrated capability in technical leadership, including setting technical direction and guiding development efforts
• Excellent collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with C++
• Experience with Kubernetes, gRPC, Protobuf, Bazel, microservice architectures, or real-time systems
• Professional experience delivering industrial robotics and automation solutions
• Familiarity with ROS (2), its major frameworks, and Gazebo
• Experience with simulation or CAD
