Responsibilities

• Build and evolve LangGraph workflows that handle SMS and voice conversations for enterprise operators
• Ship features end-to-end across a Python/FastAPI backend and a Next.js/TypeScript dashboard
• Work in a multi-tenant Supabase/Postgres environment using RLS and JWT-based access
• Build evaluation frameworks to catch agent regressions
• Integrate with real-world CRMs like Salesforce and ServiceTitan
• Partner with the voice team on real-time agent behavior using LiveKit and OpenAI Realtime
• Optimize the omnichannel experience across SMS, voice, and email

Requirements

• 4–8 years of full-stack experience shipping production software at a startup or high-velocity SaaS
• Production LLM experience shipping features that real customers depend on
• Fluency in Python (FastAPI) and TypeScript (Next.js, React Query)
• Experience with multi-tenant production systems (RLS, account-scoped queries)
• Ability to debug APIs and work with event-driven systems and unstructured data pipelines
• Customer-obsessed mindset with a high degree of ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or other agent frameworks in production
• Real-time voice/audio work (LiveKit, Daily.co, Twilio Voice)
• Observability tooling for LLM systems (Langfuse, LangSmith, Helicone)
