Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test software using AWS native services and serverless architecture to meet business and customer needs
• Verify software behavior through manual and automated testing to ensure high quality
• Document product designs and analyze, debug, and resolve customer issues
• Lead cooperative efforts among project team members and mentor junior engineers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define customer needs and align features to project timelines
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and maintain CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS native services (e.g., Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, Cognito, Step Functions)
• Strong experience with AWS CDK, specifically using C#
• Proficiency in C# and experience with scripting languages for automation
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
• Knowledge of AWS security best practices, including IAM, KMS, and least privilege principles
• Familiarity with AWS networking (VPCs, subnets, security groups) and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, X-Ray)
• Experience with serverless-first and event-driven architectures

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of related software engineering experience
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
• Experience with feature flag management tools like LaunchDarkly
