Responsibilities

• Own features across the full development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Manage production systems, optimize infrastructure, and contribute to platform availability and scalability
• Partner with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams to build customer-centric solutions
• Proactively identify areas for technical and process improvement to influence long-term strategy

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Proven track record of leading the development of significant components or features
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and fostering team growth
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and navigate ambiguity
• Strong ownership mindset and collaborative approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startups or high-growth tech companies
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Working knowledge of AWS services (ECS, S3, RDS, Dynamo, Lambda)
• Experience with continuous deployment pipelines
