Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the Stripe integration and systems handling all financial transactions, including bookings, memberships, payouts, and payment plans.
• Build and evolve accounting and reporting tools, including financial reports, reconciliation, and downstream accounting exports.
• Model the financial data layer to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Partner Success to build financial tooling for real-world workflows.
• Manage payment failures, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, and edge cases.
• Maintain compliance standards such as PCI and SOC 2.
• Use AI tools fluently to assist in drafting handlers, debugging, and data analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building software in collaborative environments.
• Non-negotiable AI fluency.
• High standard for reliability and code quality.
• Strong product judgment and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
• Clear, candid, and constructive communication skills.
