Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance
• Solve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance through innovative solutions
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and direction
• Write and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, QA, and operations, to drive product development
• Adhere to best practices with company software

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong full-stack expertise with modern backend technologies and frontend frameworks (React/TypeScript)
• Experience architecting and deploying cloud-native, serverless, and containerized applications on AWS (Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, S3, Step Functions, API Gateway, Fargate)
• Proven experience architecting RAG systems leveraging LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search
• Proficiency in designing and working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, encryption, and cloud compliance best practices
• Hands-on experience with Agile ceremonies

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in prompt engineering, document processing, and retrieval optimization
• Ability to navigate shifting priorities and evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment
