Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Use technology to create innovation that delights consumers and agents
• Define work and drive technical decisions for complex features in consumer and agent facing experiences
• Collaborate across functional teams from ideation to release
• Define and evolve architecture and design using clean architecture principles
• Drive a stable and scalable architecture using modern patterns for mobile products
• Mentor and coach junior engineers
• Utilize AI coding assistants and LLMs to accelerate development velocity

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software architecture, design, and development
• Specialty in developing backend APIs or full stack applications
• Experience with modern distributed systems backend languages such as Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust, or Java
• Knowledge of distributed systems architecture on cloud providers, preferably AWS
• Experience with infrastructure as code
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres) and document stores (DynamoDB, MongoDB)
• Experience with frontend web or app application development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agentic AI code generation
