Senior Software Engineer – Realtime Systems

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate the central real-time authorization and routing platform (GANS)
• Implement and configure technical communication processes
• Work with IP connections, line handlers, and session handlers
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize performance within a high-availability system landscape
• Ensure the stability and performance of mission-critical applications
• Collaborate closely with internal specialist and development teams

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software development, ideally within high-availability environments
• Proven experience working with real-time applications
• Strong understanding of network technologies and IP-based communication
• Experience in the configuration and development of technical interfaces
• Proficiency in C, C++, or comparable programming languages
• Fluent German language skills (minimum C1 level)
• Analytical mindset with a structured, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in payment processing
• Knowledge of authorization or routing systems
