Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of self-serve tooling to convert marketing requests into reusable platform capabilities
• Drive the direction of the agent layer by building opinionated agentic and AI-augmented workflows
• Partner with marketers, designers, and PMs to identify and automate high-leverage workflows

Requirements

• 4+ years of product engineering experience, ideally in high-growth tech
• Proven track record of building internal tools or platforms that reduce repetitive workflows
• Experience with AI/LLM-augmented engineering, such as agentic workflows or MCP servers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with marketing or growth engineering (CMS, experimentation, paid-ads)
• Knowledge of the modern data stack (Fivetran, Airflow, Snowflake)
• Experience building experimentation platforms or running rigorous A/B tests
