Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of microservices-based cloud-native applications
• Develop a deep understanding of product functionality, architecture, and customer use cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and handle customer issues through strong communication
• Work closely with QA teams to explain feature details and resolve issues found in testing or production
• Create design documentation and assist with technical publications for customer-facing content
• Mentor junior team members and promote development best practices
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks within the system

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in developing scalable cloud-native applications
• Proficiency with Java and Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with high-throughput streaming using Kafka
• Knowledge of distributed databases such as Redis, Cassandra, or Oracle
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn the cybersecurity and networking domains
