Senior Software Engineer - Quality Engineering

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across architecture and design discussions to ensure alignment with engineering standards.
• Design, build, and evolve scalable test automation platforms and engineering enablement tooling.
• Develop AI-driven workflows that orchestrate tools, code, and data to accelerate engineering outcomes.
• Establish data-driven quality intelligence pipelines to support risk-based testing and release readiness.
• Build and maintain reliable test execution and CI/CD integrations to improve delivery confidence.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and quality stakeholders to embed AI-enabled practices early in the lifecycle.
• Mentor engineers and uplift standards through reusable patterns and technical coaching.
• Conduct software and end-to-end system testing and develop associated documentation for compliance.

Requirements

• Computer Science, Engineering, or Science degree (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of commercial experience in software engineering.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade platforms, frameworks, or internal tooling.
• Strong hands-on programming proficiency in Python and Java.
• Practical experience applying AI/LLMs to real engineering workflows.
• Proficiency with AWS, Terraform, and container tooling such as Docker.
• Experience building solutions that support traceability, auditability, and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agentic AI, including tool-using agents, orchestration, or RAG.
• Experience with modern test automation frameworks for browser and API automation.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data or ML platforms and operationalizing ML/AI solutions.
• Experience with AI architecture, MLOps, and governance patterns.
• Familiarity with integrating AI into developer workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
