About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide L1 and L2 production support and manage ticketing processes
- Perform product development, automation, and application upgrades
- Manage release management and new application onboarding
- Prepare SOPs and handle transition skills
- Take ownership and accountability for product delivery
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in production support
- Strong understanding of Linux
- Experience with SQL Server or Oracle DB (DDL/DML)
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Shell, PowerShell, or Python)
- Experience with ETL tools like Informatica or SSIS
- Knowledge of ITIL concepts
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios or eon
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Windows and PowerShell
- Experience with Docker containerization
- Knowledge of Azure or Azure Data Engineering
- Experience with JBoss, WebSphere, or deployment tools like VSTS
- Knowledge of SSL certificate management
