Responsibilities

• Build and deploy production AI systems that automate complex decision-making
• Ship features at a high velocity, including weekend sprints
• Work directly with customers to translate workflows into technical solutions
• Integrate state-of-the-art AI frameworks and tools into production systems
• Architect scalable backend infrastructure to support rapid growth
• Own critical product features end-to-end from design through deployment

Requirements

• 2-6 years of backend engineering experience, ideally at early-stage startups
• Exceptional coding fundamentals and ability to solve complex technical problems
• Proven track record of building impressive systems or products
• Ability to master an existing codebase and ship contributions within 48 hours
• Strong product sense and customer empathy
• High bias for action and comfort with ambiguity
