About the Company

praxipal is building an AI-powered healthcare admin workforce to address the global shortage of medical staff. Their flagship product, Luna, is an AI receptionist that automates phone calls and patient communication, with the goal of automating all administrative processes in medical practices.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product that transforms Europe’s healthcare operations
• Design and ship AI-powered workflow automations
• Build intelligent agents to expand Luna's capabilities
• Engineer reliable integrations into practice management systems
• Architect a platform on AWS and GCP built for massive scale
• Own the full reliability lifecycle including observability, alerting, and incident response
• Build CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling
• Create reusable patterns and internal tooling to multiply team velocity

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping and operating real products used by customers
• Ability to architect and build production-grade software at scale
• Several years of experience working in startups
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in high-tempo teams
• Ability to work on-site in Berlin

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript, Python, or Rust
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or LLM-powered products
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, CI/CD, or infrastructure-as-code
• Track record of building complex third-party integrations
• Exposure to healthcare workflows or regulated environments
