Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture design and implementation of complex features for the Posh platform
• Demonstrate full stack expertise while specializing in frontend, backend, or infrastructure
• Collaborate on technical decisions to ensure platform scalability, performance, and reliability
• Drive experimentation with MVPs, balancing rapid iteration with long-term sustainable growth
• Provide mentorship to engineers to foster a culture of growth and collaboration
• Build with data and analytics in mind to provide actionable insights for business leaders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technical projects with significant business impact
• Full stack expertise with proficiency in React, React Native, TypeScript, or AWS
• Proven experience with scalability and performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience working at consumer, social, or marketplace companies is a plus
