Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from design conversation to production
• Influence system architecture and collaborate with product and design teams
• Maintain system reliability while scaling
• Invest in team growth through knowledge sharing and code reviews

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and shipping production full stack systems
• Proven track record of end-to-end problem ownership
• Strong proficiency in backend logic, database design, and frontend UX
• Fluency with relational databases and search fundamentals
• Daily hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot
• Ability to work onsite in the Lehi, UT office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-moving startup or SaaS environment
• Familiarity with distributed systems, queues, and event-driven architecture
• Exposure to Elixir, Phoenix, React, or PostgreSQL
• Passion for mentoring and helping teammates grow
