Senior Software Engineer, Platform

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the infrastructure platform that powers AI workloads, Kubernetes environments, and geospatial pipelines
• Define technical direction for systems including model serving, agent orchestration, and retrieval systems
• Standardize service execution, improve deployment workflows, and harden reliability and observability
• Collaborate with backend, ML, CV, and data teams to move research into production
• Mentor engineers and shape architectural standards to improve developer experience

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on infrastructure, platform, or distributed systems
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Ruby
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Chef
• Experience working with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS
• A systems-oriented mindset focused on reliability, scalability, and failure modes
