Senior Software Engineer, Pipelines

Responsibilities

• Design and manage a massive central schema normalizing cross-client, cross-org marketing data into a canonical model
• Build a self-service connector framework for third-party platforms like Meta, Google, and HubSpot
• Develop a first-party data ingestion API for proprietary client data
• Create internal and client-facing white-labeled dashboards for marketing attribution
• Implement agentic automation using AI agent orchestration pipelines
• Maintain full observability including alerting, health checks, and data freshness SLAs

Requirements

• 5+ years in software, data, or product engineering
• Proven track record shipping multi-tenant data platforms
• Experience designing large, normalized schemas for multiple organizations
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Expertise in pipeline orchestration (Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect)
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, RBAC, and SSO/SAML
• Demonstrated heavy usage of AI tools and agentic automation

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep marketing data fluency (attribution models, conversion tracking, UTM structures)
• Marketing technology or agency experience
