Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Be a valued member of an autonomous, multi-functional agile team
• Build business-critical services with a focus on high availability, low latency, security, and scalability
• Act as a technical leader within the team and the broader organization
• Shape technical architecture and best practices that scale across teams
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of engineering excellence

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience developing high-performance, highly scalable backend systems
• Hands-on experience with AI and proficiency using AI tools (e.g., LLMs, code assistants)
• Experience building, testing, deploying, and monitoring services
• Experience implementing event-driven architectures
• Proficiency with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, Cassandra, Mongo) databases
• Experience with caching systems like Memcached or Redis
• Expertise in Kotlin, Python, or similar languages
• Experience with request processing (REST, gRPC, or GraphQL)
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
