Responsibilities

• Develop ISL Online, a remote desktop and access software solution
• Join the Back-end Development team focusing on High Availability and High Performance
• Make code changes safely within an unfamiliar codebase
• Drive results and deliver on project commitments

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in C/C++/C#, Golang, Java, or Rust
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of remote desktop technologies and networking
• Knowledge of security concepts and related infrastructure
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams
