About the Company

Paradigm is building a new type of workspace that allows knowledge workers to leverage the power of LLMs to scale research through a simple and intuitive UI. The platform utilizes purpose-built infrastructure to orchestrate hundreds of thousands of agents to process millions of tokens per minute.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex problems related to parallelizing agents at massive scale
• Manage race conditions for high-volume agent data writes
• Optimize real-time transmission of agent outputs across services to the client
• Optimize for write throughput and in-memory footprint for individual agents
• Design and deploy distributed services in a production environment

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Proven record as a primary individual contributor to medium to large projects
• Experience managing, designing, and deploying distributed services in production
• Ability to act as a technical resource for peers to assist with debugging and questions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Go, Redis, PubSub, RPC, Postgres, S3, or Temporal
• Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and facilitate difficult conversations
