Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical lead, guiding the team through complex challenges and ensuring alignment with architectural and business goals
• Operate as an individual contributor, actively participating in the design, development, and deployment of application features
• Conduct functional and technical spikes to evaluate new approaches or technologies and communicate findings to the team
• Provide support and mentorship to team members to help resolve blockers and grow their technical skills
• Utilize Java, Spring Boot, REST, and MongoDB to build and maintain robust application features

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in software development
• Full software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST, and MongoDB
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
