Senior Software Engineer, Onboarding

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable microservices in Java or Kotlin to meet global user demands.
• Implement best practices for service-to-service communication, orchestration, and fault tolerance.
• Design data pipelines and event-driven architectures in collaboration with data scientists and product managers.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Frontend, Product, and Design to translate business requirements into backend solutions.
• Support rapid experimentation through the development of services for A/B testing and feature toggles.
• Integrate secure coding practices and robust authentication mechanisms to ensure global regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software development with deep expertise in Java or Kotlin.
• Proven experience architecting and building scalable microservices.
• Strong knowledge of event-driven architectures and data pipelines.
• Proficiency in implementing secure coding practices to protect sensitive financial data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a focus on ownership and impact.
