Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-performance, real-time, data-intensive applications for the trading domain
• Drive innovative, future-proof data solutions to solve complex problems at scale
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, Front End, QA, and Infrastructure engineers
• Uphold best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and data management
• Mentor and support junior engineers to help them grow their technical expertise
• Leverage AI coding tools within your daily engineering workflow to accelerate delivery and quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field
• 5 years of hands-on experience in the big data domain with a track record of solving complex challenges
• Expertise in semi-structured data, data processing pipelines, data modeling, and OLAP solutions
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to navigate uncertainty and drive solutions in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of modern event-driven architecture
• Experience with search and recommendation systems
• Familiarity with cutting-edge data technologies such as PolarDB, TiDB, StarRocks, or ClickHouse
• Experience working with multi-region and multi-cultural teams
