Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and design secure, scalable solutions for the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform and Salesforce integrations
• Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of features from user stories to production
• Ensure 100% unit test coverage and maintain automated test regression suites
• Conduct thorough Pull Request reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers
• Manage the deployment cycle, including documentation and environment validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure seamless data flow across systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development expertise (Apex, Process/Flow Automations, LWC)
• 1-2 years of general software engineering experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Extensive knowledge of PRM platforms
• Expertise in modern AI agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, and vector search methodologies
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security and data privacy regulations
• Strong problem-solving and technical leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the IMPartner platform
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or Technical Architect)
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments
