Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build the orchestration layer and scalable workflow systems for event ingestion and processing
• Scale the inference fleet by designing worker pools and autoscaling strategies for GPU-bound workloads on ECS
• Design data plumbing from edge devices to pipeline outputs, ensuring observability and auditability
• Build model serving and lifecycle infrastructure, optimizing for GPU utilization and throughput
• Set engineering standards, including runbooks, deployment procedures, and testing standards

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building and operating production backend or data-intensive systems at scale
• Proven experience working on ML-heavy pipelines where inference is a core component
• Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools in a production environment
• Strong cloud infrastructure fundamentals (compute, queues, storage, networking)
• Fluency in ML systems, including GPU economics, model versioning, and throughput constraints
• Pragmatic approach to technology selection and architectural decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Computer Vision (CV) or video pipelines
