Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build the core platform, including code search at scale, version control layers, authentication, and agent orchestration.
• Design evaluation frameworks and feedback loops to systematically improve agent performance on customer workloads.
• Ship infrastructure for enterprise deployment, including automated AWS deployments, RBAC, and security compliance.
• Build end-to-end product features, including backend services and client applications.

Requirements

• Strong track record of shipping production systems end-to-end.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/React, or Go.
• Strong cloud and infrastructure skills, specifically with AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
• Informed opinions on agent design and frontier models.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in backend, infrastructure, or distributed systems engineering.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) or Kubernetes.
• Production experience with LLMs and AI agents.
• Experience at an early-stage startup.
• Contributions to open-source projects in AI or developer tooling.
