Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation in SME-focused switching features including zero-touch provisioning and cloud-based management
• Lead development of enterprise-grade features like automated VLAN provisioning and intelligent traffic prioritization
• Design switching architectures that balance advanced features with cost and simplicity constraints
• Innovate cost-effective solutions for 10GB to 400GB managed switches
• Drive technical differentiation through ML-based network anomaly detection and predictive maintenance
• Collaborate with product management to identify market opportunities and drive technical competitive analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
• 10-12 years of embedded switching software development experience
• 5+ years of experience developing SME networking products or similar market-focused solutions
• Deep expertise in switching ASIC architectures
• Expert-level knowledge of Broadcom SDK optimization
• Proven track record of delivering networking products to market
