Mutiny is the self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Backed by Sequoia, YC, and Insight, Mutiny is building an agent-first platform that helps sales and marketing teams automate revenue motions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship the Campaign Builder and Agent experiences end-to-end across the full stack.
• Build reliability layers on top of LLMs, including retries, fallbacks, and orchestration.
• Define and implement evals and guardrails to measure quality and maintain brand consistency.
• Optimize for latency and speed to improve the loop between user intent and AI output.
• Partner with product and design to prototype interactions and define product direction.
• Contribute to engineering culture through code reviews, hiring, and architectural leadership.

Requirements

• Full-stack development experience with the ability to own features from prompt to UI.
• Proven experience shipping AI-native products in production using LLMs, RAG, or agent frameworks.
• Proficiency in a backend language such as Python, TypeScript, Kotlin, or Ruby.
• Ability to build and navigate ambiguity without waiting for detailed specifications.
• Strong technical communication skills for writing design docs and explaining nuanced decisions.
• Experience with evals, guardrails, and making non-deterministic models feel reliable.
