Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
- Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js
- Work on applications related to retail collections, loan recovery, and debt management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, business, and QA
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Integrate APIs and third-party services relevant to banking and collections workflows
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Node.js
- Experience with React.js for frontend development
- Mandatory domain experience in Retail Collections (Banking/NBFC)
