Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a modern technology ecosystem using advanced DevOps practices, including automation, containers, and infrastructure as code.
• Design, develop, and maintain data integration and ETL data pipelines from various sources and formats.
• Architect and implement solutions for both new applications and enhancements to existing systems.
• Collaborate with technical leadership to design complex solutions and integrate architecture patterns and technical roadmaps.
• Build new user-facing features and UI component libraries, translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Create comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software integrity and reliability.
• Provide thought leadership in implementing processes and tools that align with organizational strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in software engineering or a related technical role.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, and SQL (including PL/SQL or MS SQL Server).
• Hands-on experience with ETL data pipelines and data governance principles.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, BitBucket).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Angular, WebAPI, and EF Core.
• Familiarity with Unix, Shell scripting, and various version control systems like Git or SVN.
• Knowledge of multithreading concepts and advanced software design patterns.
