Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver IBM OpenPages solutions to enable enterprise risk, compliance, and audit capabilities.
• Act as a solution architect to enable GRC capabilities within the IBM OpenPages suite.
• Design, develop, configure, and implement software solutions for Integrated Risk Management (IRM) functions.
• Collaborate with product owners and QA analysts to build solutions and enable testing of new features.
• Manage platform upgrades and identify gaps or inconsistencies with the latest OpenPages versions.
• Champion engineering processes and best practices while proposing new technologies to address scaling challenges.
• Communicate and influence senior business partners, including Risk Officers.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience developing and implementing solutions on the IBM OpenPages platform.
• Deep knowledge of IBM OpenPages components including views, custom objects, workflows, triggers, and security/entitlement.
• 5+ years of experience in application development using Java or other Object-Oriented languages.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with ML models, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Ability to design and develop maintainable REST APIs for third-party system integration.
• Experience with deploying AI solutions using cloud platforms and MLOps tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of financial services industry and regulatory requirements.
