Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Process Builder automations
• Own Salesforce features end-to-end from requirements gathering through deployment and production support
• Implement and manage Salesforce security models including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules
• Execute unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing
• Manage sandbox environments and CI/CD deployments using tools like Gearset or SFDX CLI
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards to reduce technical debt
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through root cause analysis
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development including Apex, Lightning, and TPM/REX
• Proficiency with Salesforce Developer Console, VS Code, SFDX CLI, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Workbench, and Postman

Preferred Qualifications

• Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional
• Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional TPM
• System Architect certification
• Application Architect certification
