Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead vertically focused quality initiatives from concept through launch, measurement, and iteration
• Own problems end to end, from identifying advertiser pain points to driving cross-functional execution across the stack
• Partner closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering, TPM, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders
• Translate customer and market needs into product and engineering priorities
• Represent the technical and product context for key advertisers
• Contribute hands-on across the stack, including bidding logic and quality systems
• Incubate new ideas and run experiments to turn learnings into scalable product capabilities

Requirements

• Senior, hands-on software engineer
• Proven ability to lead large, ambiguous initiatives end to end
• Strong communicator capable of influencing technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in ads or ad tech is strongly preferred
• Experience with ads quality, traffic quality, search quality, or feed quality systems
• Experience leading a vertical or product area requiring cross-team alignment
• Experience in environments focused on rapid experimentation and analysis
