Senior Software Engineer, Mobile (Flutter)

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance app features to improve merchant workflows, ensuring efficiency and responsiveness.
• Design scalable programming solutions using best practices such as dependency injection or MVVM.
• Analyze and optimize app performance, focusing on response time, battery use, and storage impact.
• Write robust unit and integration tests and collaborate with QA engineers to maintain high quality standards.
• Maintain existing features, resolve bugs, and ensure long-term technical consistency.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to address and troubleshoot critical mobile issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of mobile application experience, specifically designing and optimizing apps using Flutter and Dart.
• Proficiency in structuring code with MVVM or reactive state management paradigms.
• Experience with app performance metrics, including crash analytics and debugging across Flutter, Android, and iOS.
• Proven track record of managing technical features or significant app areas from concept through release.
• Practical knowledge of writing testable code, designing APIs, and applying automation techniques.
• Experience working on platform, infrastructure, or quality-focused engineering teams.
