Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the internal MES system, including new manufacturing workflows and features
• Design and implement software interfaces to communicate with laser systems, test equipment, and production hardware
• Develop user-friendly WPF desktop GUIs for operators, technicians, and engineers
• Ensure reliable data handling and traceability using SQL databases and Entity Framework 6
• Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting software issues and implementing sustainable solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineering, R&D, Quality, and Automation teams

Requirements

• Several years of job-related work experience
• Strong C# software development experience
• Experience with SQL databases using Entity Framework 6 (EF6)
• Solid knowledge of WPF for desktop GUI development
• Fluent German and English (both spoken and written)
