Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from design to deployment while coordinating with other company teams
• Interface with Product owners and Stakeholders to clarify requirements
• Implement high quality, scalable solutions following best practices in configuration and code
• Conduct code reviews, optimization, and refactoring to minimize technical debt
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems
• Debug production issues and create plans to address or remove temporary solutions
• Mentor and provide training for other technical team members
• Author technical documents that fulfill current and future business goals

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Deep understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales, Manufacturing, Service, and Data Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, reporting, and database design
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining integrations with external applications
• Strong unit testing, functional testing, and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Salesforce Certifications
• Experience with Mulesoft
