Senior Software Engineer (MicroStrategy) - UAE

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain MicroStrategy reports, dashboards and data visualizations for UAE clients.
• Implement data models and BI solutions aligned with data-warehousing best practices.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries; perform database tuning and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts and onsite teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support deployment, testing and production rollout while following change-control procedures for UAE projects.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and coordinate with cross-functional teams while deputed to client sites in the UAE.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on MicroStrategy and BI delivery experience.
• Prior experience working on airline or travel-industry datasets and use-cases.
• Experience working on projects deployed in the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning and ETL integration skills.
