Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-scale software features and services for the Windows platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine user requirements and drive product design
• Create, implement, optimize, and debug code to improve performance and maintainability
• Drive identification of dependencies and develop design documents for products and services
• Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) to monitor system health and restore services
• Mentor other engineers to foster technical growth and impact within the team
• Partner with product managers to drive project plans and release cycles

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 8+ years of technical engineering experience with professional coding experience
• Proficiency in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Strong design, coding, debugging, and teamwork skills
• Excellent communication and cross-group coordination abilities
• A customer-focused, innovative mindset with a passion for engineering craftsmanship
